Elizabeth Gilman, Office Manager


Elizabeth Gilman is a dedicated and hardworking professional from Laconia, New Hampshire. A graduate of Winnisquam High School, Elizabeth has built a successful career in the dental field through her strong organizational skills, commitment to patient care, and positive attitude.

She currently serves as the Office Manager at Tilton Family Dental, a position she has held for the past two years. Before joining Tilton Family Dental, Elizabeth spent three years at Hiller Orthodontics, where she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the practice and helping create a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys making the most of her time with family and embracing the outdoors. She loves camping, motorcycle riding, and spending quality time with her 11-year-old daughter. Together, they enjoy exploring thrift shops and hunting for hidden treasures at yard sales, creating lasting memories while sharing a hobby they both love.

Elizabeth is known for her dedication, reliability, and caring nature. She values family, hard work, and finding joy in life's simple moments. Whether she's leading a busy dental office, enjoying a weekend camping trip, or searching for unique finds with her daughter, Elizabeth approaches life with enthusiasm, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.

Martha, Dental Receptionist

Over 20 years in the dental field which started as a dental assistant in a pediatric office for three years with certification in Radiology and four years in a general practice with front desk duties. Currently been with Tilton Family Dental since 2006 working in a variety of front desk duties along with office management and administrative support.


Married over 50+ years with three adult children and six grandchildren. Martha enjoys spending time with family, reading, hiking and other outdoor activities, crafts, swimming, sightseeing, church activities and helping people to find a way for them to lead healthier lives with healthier mouths.


Martha has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Education and Art, Certified in Care Credit, Advanced CPR, Blood Borne Pathogens and OSHA regulations.

Haley, Dental Receptionist


I am a graduate of NHTI’s dental assisting program, earning my degree in 2020, and have proudly worked in the dental field for over six years. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in both general dentistry and oral surgery, allowing me to develop a strong foundation in patient care, chairside assisting, dental radiology, infection control, treatment preparation and patient education. In addition to my dental experience, I am a certified medical assistant with over five years of healthcare experience.


Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and friends, attending concerts, traveling, and exploring new places. I also enjoy staying active and making memories with my dog. I am passionate about helping others and look forward to providing every patient with a friendly smile and exceptional care.

Terry, CDA, COA, EFDA
Terry graduated Deans List from NHTI Concord, NH in 1995 from the Dental Assisting Program. She has been a member of the American Dental Assistant Association and subsequently became certified as an Orthodontic Assistant. In 2016 Terry was one of the first in the State of NH to complete and become Board Certified in the NHTI Expanded Function Dental Auxiliaries Program which allows her to place and complete fillings. Also certified in coronal polishing, nitrous oxide, teeth whitening, temporary crown and bridge fabrication, radiology, infection control, four handed dentistry, sealants and oral inspection. Terry is up to date in Blood Borne Pathogens, OSHA regulations and Advanced CPR and AED.
Terry worked 15 years in pediatric dentistry and has worked at Tilton Family Dental since 2010. Terry keeps current with up to date knowledge, skills and technology, certifications as well as current products and services. She enjoys working with her community and helping people with their dental needs. She enjoys photography, baking, swimming and most of all spending time with her family.

Betsy- Dental Hygienist

She graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from NHTI in 2003. She started working at Lamprey Family Dental in April of 2021. She has worked in a pediatric office as well as an urgent care office and was a dental assistant for 7 years before becoming a hygienist. She loves meeting people and helping them take care of their teeth. She served in the US Navy and enjoys horseback riding, yoga, and disc golf in her free time. She and her husband own a disc golf course in Canterbury.

Paula- Dental Assistant
With over 25 years of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant, I truly love helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. After spending many years caring for patients in Central Massachusetts, I'm happy to now call New Hampshire home. I enjoy working alongside my dental team and assisting with every aspect of patient care to help make each visit a positive experience. When I'm not at the office, I love spending time gardening, hiking, and making memories with my family and friends.
